So as 2013 is coming to an end and I have ended my Transform with Crossfit East Oahu I am proud to say I am COMPLETELY different person compared to who I was in June 2013.
I am utterly speechless at my results and as an official crossfitter I still think to myslef, "I could've done better." I am truly happy with my results, myself, and my new lifestyle but believe me when I say I will push harder in 2014.
I'm so blessed and happy to have been introduced to Crossfit and this will be my life long journey.
I've decided to post my first transform pictures because I figure no one knows about this blog and who will see it besidese right?
